Damages & Returns
We want all our customers to be satisfied with the quality of our goods and service. We pride ourselves in delivering quality products at very low prices. If you are dissatisfied with our service or goods for any reason, please contact customer services by clicking on Contact us
Discrepancies/Damages
Any claim by you which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods or their failure to correspond with the specification shall be notified to within 5 working days from the date of delivery or within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect or failure. Geo Survey shall be entitled to replace the goods (or the part in question) free of charge or refund to you the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the goods).
Returns
You have 14 days from date of receipt to request goods to be returned if not to your satisfaction. Goods will only be accepted for return and if unused, unassembled, in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition. All returns will be collected and inspected before any refund (if applicable) is processed and we reserve the right to charge for incomplete returns, orders placed in error or not wanted. This does not affect your statutory rights.
